Review Writer

TechGearLab is seeking a Review Writer that is familiar with consumer electronics and related products and has a work and/or educational background in writing/journalism. This is a full-time, year-round, position that will be based in our office in South Lake Tahoe, CA.

The review writer's main job is taking the results of our hands-on product testing (completed by our research analysts) and turning them into the kind of content you see on techgearlab.com. This involves (mostly) writing reviews, creating photo lists for our photographer, curating the resulting photos within said reviews, and managing the databases that keep the site running smoothly. The review writer also spends a significant amount of time editing current reviews, both to keep them up-to-date, and to continuously satisfy the ever-changing demands placed upon the site by search engine algorithms.
